christopher dean: There's been an "HD signal" in Clacton-on-Sea since 2011. If you mean the extra HD channels (BBC4, News HD etc) from com7 then it's highly unlikely as Sudbury doesn't transmit them and you won't get a good enough signal from Dover or Bluebell Hill.
The 3rd September retune won't get you any extra channels, it's to reorganise the EPG.
