Frank: Selecting Anglia does not guarantee that the receiver will choose Tacolneston frequencies. You could have been tuned to West Runton for the PSBs, or with slight lift conditions, Sudbury, which would fall away when conditions returned to normal. Check that Tacolneston frequencies have been stored. Your aerial should be pointing roughly South for Tacolneston, mounted with the rods horizontal.

Hi I have an AVI Kitchen DVD Player AV161006. It is receiving BBC1 and 2 but has suddenly stopped receiving Channels 3, 4 or 5. The signal strength shows at 40% to 50% for each chanel but then just goes blank on Channels 3,4 & 5. I wonder if anyone can suggest what I should do.

Stephen Sharp- Where are you? which transmitter are you using?
You need to do a manual signal check on the channels to make sure they are coming from the correct transmitter.
Also have a look if there are any channels stored in the ch800's incase your equipment has doubled up

kate: I can verify that said by KMJ,Derby as I have also just checked it in the Stamford area, however it depends on your location (post code or one from nearby required) as reception from COM6 can be variable in certain areas and if you cannot receive RT then neither should you be able to (19) Yesterday nor (24) ITV4.

For those of us who have no interest in Premiership games for which Sky and BT are paying a very high price for, this price in turn being past on to their broadband customers, is there any prospect that these two internet providers may be forced by the regulators to do the same as banks with PPI claims, i.e. having to pay their customers back for services that they do not use that were included in the bank fees such as travel insurance, car breakdown cover etc, I do not watch Premiership matches so why should I pay for them?

Tim- I have no interest, nor do I ever watch Eastenders, Coronation Street, Emerdale, Home and Away or Hollyoaks ! (may have missed a few) Do I have a claim? I suppose we could sell our TV's an not purchase a licence?

Paul: Hi. A few days ago my BBC1,2,3,&4 plus some other channels disappeared.
I have a Freeview+ digital recorder through which I can still get basic ITV programmes and a lot of the others.
The channels I cannot get via the box are still available on the TV but, of course, I cannot record them.
When I retune it says I am using the West Midlands transmitter but, when I look on the appropriate site to find my nearest, that one isn't listed.
What is going on? Is it the BT Sport programmes that has sent it all silly? I don't want to watch sport so I'm even more miffed if that is the reason.
