Channel 4 HD is on Freesat EPG - at last!
Brian Butterworth published on UK Free TV Almost three years after the launch of Freesat, Channel 4's high definition channel has finally appeared in the electronic programme guide of the free-to-air satellite service.
The service can now be found at position 126.
This now means you can watch the same four HD services on Freeview HD and Freesat HD: BBC One HD, ITV1 HD, Channel 4 HD and BBC HD.

Can somebody please tell me why ITV don't put subtitles on their HD Freesat channel?

Phil Tilson: It seems unclear why this is the case. Ofcom do not seem to specifically have it as a requirement, but it hardly the world's largest technical challenge.
