I have now lost all signal can you tell me what the problem might be?
The problem could be one of:
- the aerial has been moved or damaged;
- the cables or connectors that connect the digibox to the aerial are damaged;
- the digibox has broken.
If you have a "spare" digibox you use this to test the aerial connection. Can you still watch analogue TV OK?

I live on the Isle of Skye and at this present time the tv has no signal whatsoever,and has not had a signal since 0530 this morning.
I am only using an ariel.
This service is very hit and miss here at best and even goes off air in fine weather.it doesnt need to be windy or raining heavy to loose transmission and can be off for only a minute or so or to 5and 6 hours plus very frequently.
Could anyone tell me if there is a problem at present and when oh when is it likely to be resolved..

Hi - just wondering if you can help. I am having signal drop out several times in a minute (sometimes every few seconds) just on a certain group of channels - Dave, Challenge, Pick etc. The other channels are perfect. I have checked all connections - my aerial is in the roofspace and is very good condition. I have retuned, carried out factory reset on TV (which as had built in freeview box), contacted the TV manufactuer and carried out software update. Contacted the 800 4G to check if thisis causing interference and contacted Freeview twice, I basically have run out of ideas and it is driving me mad, I am confused as it is only on one group of channels which I now know are all on the same frequency - any ideas? Postcode TR9 6NZ Redruth transmitter, thanks

Brian Donaldson: If your getting 'no signal', thats your TV telling you its getting no feed from your aerial - check your aerial system.

Hi We have a b & b and inherited the system we have which is an aerial on each side of the house on the chimneys. The leads are fed to two separate boosters (one of which I have had installed). We have 6 tv's which are less than 4 years old and all have freeview and the problem is that we can only get BBC channels.
We have a sky dish which goes to the tv's in the lounge and dining room but this is separate to the guest rooms. Any ideas what the problem may be?

An idea of your location, preferably in the form of postcode, is imperative so as to get an idea of what's expected in your area.
You say you only get BBC services. So if you're using a transmitter which doesn't carry the COMs (ITV3, Pick, Dave etc) and your TVs don't contain HD receivers then you're only missing PSB2 which carries ITV/STV/UTV, Channel 4, Channel 5 etc.
