Nina parsons: Hi, Nina. This website is not responsible for fixing problems that occur between the broadcasting programme company and the transmitter. You should contact the company that puts out 'True Entertainment'. The channel is run by sonypictures uk, whose website address is here:-

Sony Pictures Entertainment | UK
This website helps people who have problems with their aerials, aerial cables, aerial lead connections, televisions and set-top boxes.
Hope this helps. By the way, I am tuned to channel 61 right now and am getting a good picture and good sound for 'The Waltons'. Let us know how you get on. Richard, Norwich.

sally: Hi, Sally. The Dover Freeview TV transmitter does not have any reported problems this morning and so there must be a problem in-between the broadcaster, 'Sony Pictures Entertainment UK' and the transmitter. I suggest you contact Sony Pictures Entertainment UK to report your issue concerning the 'True Entertainment' TV channel if both you and your neighbours are experiencing the same issue. Richard, Norwich.

Can you tell me when the last ever episode of MASH, originally shown early in the 1980s, will be broadcast on this channel?

Mrs S England: Try asking the broadcaster. This website is intended for technical help with reception problems and doesn't have any information on future TV schedules for any channel.

Lesley Page: There are no free channels on cable, to get any service you have to subscribe. The channels available to you depend on which package you have subscribed to, details of which can be found on Virign Media's website.

Despite having a signal booster, we find it difficult to get good reception, and the picture on True Entertainment keeps breaking up.
Is it possible to watch True Entertainment on Catch Up (like the ITV Hub or BBC iPlayer) please?
If so, could you please send me a link so I can watch Catch Up on my laptop?
Thank you.

Cora: You can have a look at their website, but I doubt it.

You havn't given a postcode, so we have no idea as to what your signal is supposed to be like, and its possible that your booster is making things worse, not better.
