I only watch Vintage TV on television, so if Vintage TV ain't on Freeview or Virgin (which it is not) then I won't watch it at all. I'm not going to sit in front of my computer just to watch it being streamed.

Anita Jones: The decision was made by the broadcaster, not by Freeview, the multiplex operator or transmitter company.

Utter madness! So now I can't get Vintage TV on freeview at all apparently. Before I could get it only with a HD freeview receiver as this was a carrier for it. I can't get it on my freesat HD receiver either or my BT Uview box. Expensive equipment and contracts going to waste.
Who made these decisions and why? Why do they build freeview into new tv's ? I can't get Virgin where I live and swapped Sky for BT years ago. It''s ridiculous!

Robert Rawson: The decision to remove Vintage TV from Freeview was taken by the broadcaster. The channel has also disappeared from satellite, although it has been announced that it is to return to Sky soon. There is speculation that Vintage TV may be having financial difficulties.
