One big problem with kids TV on ITV is that CITV is not on the public multiplex, so some Freeview viewers can't watch it.
With the BBC talking about closing CBBC or CBeebies, kids TV looks bleak for Freeview viewers.

Mark A: Most kids don't watch linear TV, that's why the BBC and ITV are moving their Children's programming online. Any household with even a half decent broadband connection will be able to stream programmes from BBC iPlayer or ITVX so more kids will be able to watch online than currently can watch CITV on Freeview. Both BBC and ITV are however retaining linear programming for pre-school age groups who aren't old enough to use streaming apps (CBeebies and LittleBe on ITV Be are both on PSB multiplexes).
