I would like to ask a question regarding the Purdown transmitter in Bristol. I believe it is run by Arqiva on a BT tower. I have tried several times to contact Arqiva but they do not wish to help me

Chris Fennell: Perhaps if you post your question, somebody might be able to help or point you towards the answer. Arqiva's clients are the broadcasters and multiplex operators rather than viewers or the general public so they aren't setup to handle most public enquiries (with exception for safety issues relating to transmitter masts etc).

Chris Fennell:
I presume you've noticed that you've posted on the County Gates page. Purdown and County Gates are two separate transmitter sites.
As StevensOnln1 has said, if you ask your question we can probably help.
