Hi there,
I'm sure this question must be on your site somewhere but anyway... I have Sky+ in my lounge at present. Is there any way I can utilise the incoming cabling from my dish, say by including a splitter of sorts, to gain a signal for a TV in another room? I don't need the full list of channels I have with Sky so maybe I could link my existing cabling to a freesat box?? Help.
Thganks in advance.

where can i watch star trek, enterprise and voyager now. Is there anywhere where this is still broadcast? I used to watch this every night of the week. How disappointing that sky have done the diry on all sci-fi fans by dropping channel one in favour of a quiz channel. We really want another one of those dont we - not.
Bring back Voyager!

Roland Sausage: You can use one (or two) of the spare LNB outputs from the dish to provide a link to a Freesat, Freesat+ or Freesat+HD box in another room.

You must not attempt to "split" the existing cables.

Maureen: You can use any TV set you like, but you will still need a satellite dish and a Freesat box.

You can get TV sets with Freesat built in, but of course, you will still need the dish.

Dish installation, although straightforward, does require some expertise to get the alignment correct.

Hi there,

Thank you for this reply. I'm getting quite confused as I know nothing about how all this works. My keyholders in France suggested I get a TV in the UK and that they know a TV chap in Brittany who can supply a 'Bush Digibox' for 145 euros. As I haven't seen the house for 3 years and the tenant has left now, does this mean I have an aerial there or a satellite dish?

Would be grateful for your opinion!!
