Feedback
For the last six years, I have answered many thousands of personal emails that you have sent to UK Free TV.
Sadly, I am unable to offer this personal service at the moment.
Until I can restore this service, please can you leave any questions you have on an appropriate page, where they will be answered as soon as possible, or below, if you can't figure out where to ask.
I look forward to your questions!

Ray here again. I wanted to print out the answer to my question whether i can use my portable TV where the house has not got a licence. I have a licence myself. I tried to recover the answers you all gave but that part of the message is irrecoverable for some reason

Can anyone confirm that STV+1 in Grampian/ STV North region is now on Freesat?
I have done an initial installation again; still no sign of it, though it is on non-Freesat channels - I now do have the 2 other versions of STV on non-Freesat which heretofore I never had, also it has cured the inability to set the time reminder (ie preset change channels) function.

Hi Brian,
Got more information from my keyholders today.
1. A satellite dish is still there on the roof.
2.If you buy a box in the UK it will need configuring and Ian's never done one of these but will have a go if that's the route you want to take. The settings needed are dependant on the location of the property, we think.
3. I didn't want to buy a high end box because one has been stolen and the TV will only be used for 3 months a year for holiday makers who want 'some' UK TV channels.
Would it be difficult for Ian-keyholder-to set the box to receive any UK channels?
I am VERY grateful for your help here, by the way!
Maureen
