Hi there. Have moved to a ground floor apartment Which has an aerial socket in the wall but I cannot get signal on my television. What can I do? It is not a communal building in the sense that we all have own door access so there is no communal loft to house an aerial. How do I fix this problem? Do I have to start drilling holes and installing aerials?? The wall the aerial socket is not on an external wall.

Briantist: I have been scanning through the Freesat channels and noticed you do not have "Massive R&B", channel 518, on your Freesat list.

Problem solved - reference could not get Sky News Channel 82. For some reason we had lost all Channels within MUX C. Have been able to change settings (don't quite know how) and can now view all the missing Channels in MUX 3.

I have a SKY HD box and I am not connected to sky any more. I would appreciate it if someone could let me know how I can use my SKY HD box to receive signals from other satellites, like HOTBIRD etc.

I hope you can help, as this problem is getting seriously on my nerves.
I live in Wales, on the border, with my elderly parents. We get our Digital Freeview signal from the Wrekin transmitter (I believe), so get West Midlands TV, not Welsh. I use an indoor aerial and get a perfectly good signal. My parents use a roof top aerial and up until recently had no problems.
When the Wrekin did some transmitter work last week, we both lost the signal for a time, before it was restored. I have a Humax digibox, and all channels came back within 24 hours after I had reset it a couple of times (in the way described on this site).
The problem however is that my parents - using a cheaper SEG digibox - cannot get any of the channels carried on C41. ITV3, 5USA, 5* - which are unfortunately my father's favourites!
I have repeatedly retuned their box. I have tried manual resetting. I have tried different boxes.
Nothing. The signal information for C41 claims it has no signal on their box - and yet I register a 75% signal power on my digibox, and near 100% quality.
I am mystified. Any ideas?
