Looking through the comments
I am just posting this blog update to let you know that I shall be looking though the comments today.
If there are any comments that have not been deal with by anyone else I shall endeavour to deal with them, but it might take me a few days to catch up entirely.
Sorry if anyone has been waiting for a personal reply.

I know how you feel, I used to have my own blog at one point, and I have given up on it, because it was too popular; I couldn't keep up with the comments people made.

Hello Brian
I've never had a problem with my TV or radio, why? because you've always had the answers for me.
Your emails are always looked forward too.
Thank you for all the hard work you put in. May you and your family have a good Christmas and although the circumstances may not be good during 2012 please have a good one.

brian bunting: Are you saying that you are unable to receive BBC and ITV? Have you tried manually tuning them?
Are you sure that your aerial points at Tacolneston? They are at the same strength as the other channels from Tacolneston.

brian bunting: If quality is 100% (assuming that it is shown), then that is likely to be OK. There is no need to have signal at full strength, indeed too much can be a bad thing.
Have you checked that it is tuned to the correct UHF channel (frequency) for each service? See which UHF channel it has tuned to for the following channels:
BBC One
ITV1
ITV3
Pick TV
Yesterday
This information will probably be on the signal strength/quality screen.
For Tacolneston they will read 55, 59, 42, 45, 50.
