My mother has had a Freeview aerial installed, procured a FV TV but now cannot get BBC's Look East and instead is only able to access BBC's Look North, a regional program not orientated to her location in NW Norfolk. Can anyone advise what can be done to resolve this? Thanks in anticipation

Ian: Your mother's TV is obviously picking up Belmont's signal.

Run the auto-setup scan with the aerial unplugged and then plug it in when it gets to 25%.

I live in Gillingham Kent and I have just brought a new TV, the house hasn't had a decent TV at all and found that the current arial wasn't working, so brought a new digital one with a mast amplifier. The house has also just been rewired with a labgear amp and splitter. The problem is that I can only get the 7 BBC channels or sometimes 17 channels that include the 'adult' ones!. On checking the area via TV, it is showing either London ID305 of Kent, also the power amp bit makes it worse! Any ideas anyone?

You are within a few miles of Belmont, so I suggest that you might suffering from too higher signal level.

Hi I have a Freeview TV in the bedroom but it does not pick up any Channels. When I first installed it it picked up everything but gradually all stations have disappered and when I try retuning it says no services are found. Any suggestions?? On analogue it picks up two stations and they are very fuzzy

panasonic th-42pz80ba tuning problems.
Everytime I switch the tv on it has to be retuned from scratch. I have done the factory re-set and then auto tune, and the software is upto date.
