Improvement to "Transmission frequencies" on transmitter pages

Thanks once again to the useful comments about the "transmission frequencies" sections on the Full Freeview and Freeview light pages, I have taken the opportunity to recode this section of the site from scratch.

There were several issues that required dealing with:

The possible future use of the "600MHz" band for three new Freeview multiplexes appeared as a "at DSO" allocation. This, plus the provision of local television on Freeview now appears as an "f-max" ("future maximum") line to keep it separate from the current allocation.

The "coloured bands" approach to show which aerial groups would be required to receive all the Freeview (and analogue when being broadcast) from a transmitter was too complex. This has been changed to a coloured letter indicating the groups required.

It was hard to understand which channel numbers may be taken away from Freeview in the future on the old tables, the new ones have purple, green and blue backgrounds for the 600MHz, 700MHz and 800MHz bands which may be taken from Freeview and used for 4G/LTE mobile broadband.

On some transmitters there was insufficient room for the whole table to fit on the page and it was therefore impossible to see the full information. This has been "improved" by using a smaller font size, which may not suit everyone but does show the full information.
