The BBC link below is the primary way to report TV reception problems, as the BBC have taken over the investigation of TV and radio interference from Ofcom.

When you answer the questions, you'll be presented with guidance on the possible causes of the problem you're experiencing and advice on what you could do. If the guidance and advice don't help, you'll be given the option to proceed through the webform to send us an email. "

I am completely disgusted in the fact that it is almost impossible to get a good digital tv reception. Why haven t the powers that be ensured that the reception quality be high enough to allow people to get the services that have been advertised. It is only half a service and if you went to a restaurant and ordered a starter and a main course and only got the main people would soon complain. Has anyone got an e-mail address where you can write an offical complaint.

Why do we still have to pay the TV licence when at least one day a week i cannot recieve TV channels through a TV without the use of a sky dish , the licence is expensive enough without the added cost of a dish, or if i only watch catch up TV , i dont need a licence do i

ANDREA: For a start off, there's a button on the left of your keyboard called "Caps Lock". Please press it as typing in capitals is considered rude.

In answer to your question, by law anyone who receives a TV signal must have a TV Licence. A TV Licence does not guarantee availability of any TV signal, nor does it provide technical support in cases of difficulty.

Dr Alan Green:

If you are referring to a post you made on this public website on Friday, 30 March 2018, you put the information in the post and made it yourself, no-one else disclosed it but you!
If you want the post removed, you will need to contact the website owners, making another post here will have no effect. This is an independent technical helpsite for people that want help with reception or other tv/radio technical issues, and most contributors that respond have nothing to do with this site.
This page is about how to contact various broadcasters or others in the industry to make a complaint, not this website.
