I have now lost all signal can you tell me what the problem might be?
The problem could be one of:
- the aerial has been moved or damaged;
- the cables or connectors that connect the digibox to the aerial are damaged;
- the digibox has broken.
If you have a "spare" digibox you use this to test the aerial connection. Can you still watch analogue TV OK?

winston1: As far I can make out, you've got a main aerial that works, plugged into a TV, but the rest of the wiring does not?
OK, you've bought a new 'connection box' for the TV's, by which I assume you mean a splitter, amp of some kind.
Is the box powered? If its supposed to be and its not been connected up, its not going to work. The most likely reason would be that the main feed into the 'box' is duff in some way, and that why its not working - perhaps a broken cable? So trace back from where its not working to wehere you know your getting a good signal, and thats probably where the problem lies.
The other thing is to get a professional to sort it out.

I have lost all of my Freeview channels ,and have no signal, please can you tell me if this is due to working on the transmitter at sandy heath or is it due to the 4 g masts . i have had a filter already and fitted. and still no signal.

ANDREW ADAMSON: If you look at the Sandy Heath page, it says 'SANDY HEATH transmitter - MainPossible service interruptions' . Sandy Heath (Central Bedfordshire, England) Full Freeview transmitter
However, thats probably not going to be for very long. If you get to 7pm, and its still dead, then its you. You haven't given a postcode, so we cant say anything about 4G, but since 4G interference seems to be very rare anyway, I wouldn't worry about it.
Sounds like your system is crook, and you need to check the signal path.

janet downward: Check your aerial is plugged in and working properly. Also make sure that your actually looking at the digital tuner in the TV, and not analogue, a scart socket, etc.

I have sky on 2 tvs and 1 digital tv and 1 old tv with a digibox, 2 days ago the digital tv and the digibox lost all signals but the 2 sky tvs still work perfectly, what could have happened ? I've checked all the aeriel connections and they all seem fine but neither of the digital tvs can find any channels.

mike blackett: What's the common factor(s) with respect to the terrestrial aerial system feeding the 2 TVs? A powered amplifier may be at fault if there is one.

the downstairs tv has sky as has 1 tv upstairs - the aeriel comes into the loft where there is a splitter thing (unpowered) which feeds the 3 upstairs tvs but only the sky box works. we have had this system for years and it's worked fine up until 2 days ago. the 3 aeriel cables go into 1 digibox, 1digital tv, and 1 skybox, only the tv with the sky box gets a signal

Tina: If your getting 'no signal' on your TV,then thats what it is - something from the aerial down to the TV has stopped working. Its most likely a broken cable, etc. No wonder Freeview or the BBC would not be able to help you - its like you complaining the the DVLA that you cannot drive on the road, due to the fact that your car won't start.
Get a professional to have a look. If you'd done that in the first place, you would probably have saved yourself the cost of satellite TV.
