The Map for Radio Ulster on 1341 KHz looks a tad optimistic. In reality in daytime on a car radio its just about audible in Dublin and doesn't really get into the West of Ireland at all (unless one has an outdoor wire antenna but nowadays such things are the preserve of a small fringe of hardcore anoraks). The BBC themselves don't regard its coverage of NI to be adequate as they have a second transmitter in Enniskillen.
And Radio Foyle for Derry/Londonderry is only carried on 792 KHz

I can clearly hear Radio Ulster-1341khz in Redcar, UK. Antenna is a long wire. Receiver is a Homebrew 2 valve TRF.

Not too surprising, it's a 100kW transmitter and there are no others on the frequency in the UK. AFAIK the nearest other in Europe is in Hungary using 150kW.
