Imogen Clout: Hi,Imogen. To which signal do you refer...Freeview Television or Digital or Analogue Radio? Furthermore, we can only really assist you if you tell us your approximate location, for example by stating the first three or four characters of your postcode or by describing the location of a nearby shop, garage or community centre relative to a road which has a classification number or a street name.

Rae Steward: Why not retune to AM band, 873 kilohertz from the West Lynn transmitter, whose coverage area includes Hunstanton and some other places even to the East of you, as far as Fakenham?

Chris.SE: I live 8 miles line of sight from the main Tacolneston transmitter in Norfolk, however I struggle to receive BBC News HD and BBC4 which are on COMS 7 & 8 which are apperently transmitted at lower powers than MUXES 1 to 6. Maybe the same issue is affecting you from your local transmitter?

Antony Cotterell: TalkSport 2 is NOT one of the radio stations receivable on Freeview. it is on DAB digital radio or can be received online where you can find a TalkSport 2 live stream.

I think that you need to explain to those of us on ukfree.tv, how your signal gets from the aerial to the upstairs tv set(s), i.e. tell us the full wiring arrangement from the aerial followed by any 4G filter and/or signal booster/amplifier and then, whether there is wiring to a 'faceplate socket' on the wall of the upstairs room followed by a fly lead to the upstairs tv(s) and so on.
Only with this level of detailed knowledge of your setup can we help you.
Maybe you could pos, on here, t a wiring diagram of your upstairs setup?

I am in agreement with you, Michael.
In the past few days, the BBC has announced that it will switch off FOREVER the Postwick Medium Wave transmissions of the Radio Norfolk service which serves Norwich and surrounding towns and villages. I feel sorry for the most elderly people who have always listened on mediumwave and have never bothered retuning to FM, let alone buying a DAB-capable radio.

I think that any comment regarding having to scroll down a long list that has been posted on ukfree.tv should be addressed directly to the site owner, Brian Butterworth, rather than posted 'publicly' on the site. Site users should realise and appreciate that ukfree,tv is here to assist, help and support terrestrial tv and radio transmissions users, which that long list does and, moreover, ukfree.tv is NOT a SOCIAL MEDIUM like Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram, etc.

Hi, ukfreetv people interested in forthcoming DAB NEW local/community multiplexes. A company called, "North Norfolk Digital Limited' (NOT ALAN PARTRIDGE), comprising the shareholders of the Cambridge local mux and Future Digital Norwich (what was trial Norwich) have teamed up to form NNDL and have submitted a plan to Ofcom for a local/communmity DAB multiplex for King's Lynn and surrounding villages, which will make up for the lack of a true west Norfolk DAB Multiplex. Note that it has taken 5 years since we were last talking about a West Norfolk multiplex for this to happen! I'm assuming that they'll use the Greazt Massingham transmitter site, but don't know which multiplex code number/channel Ofcom will give them yet. any comments? Richard of Norwich, June 2021.

Richard Spendlove, MBE: Hi, Richard. What happened to your show on BBC Local Radio across the Eastern Counties on a Saturday evening? I thought it was very popular and had a massive following. I just can't believe that the Beeb decided that it didn't need your services anymore. I think that 'these days' it's necessary to submit a CV to prospective new employers, preferably by email to the targeted member of HR personnel of the organisation for whom you wish to work. I used to find that it was best to highlight your significant achievements in your field ( of which you clearly have many) in the CV.
