After yesterday's aerial installation, of which I've spent a considerable amount of money, COM 7 and COM 8 were both perfect along with Saorview on 52 and 56 ( I was getting some break up on COM 7 and 8,; and Saorview mux 2 on 56).

Today, no signal from either COM 7 or COM 8,. Initially, a good signal with a blank screen, but subsequent retunes have shown nothing.

CAN ANYONE CONFIRM BOTH ARE STILL OF AIR AS OF 6 PM TODAY ??????

No DTT Through the night, other than Saorview.

Complete and utter shambles.

Despite Digital U.K.'s predictions, reception of the LBT mux hasn't improved significantly at all.

Thanks Carl.

Yes, a duplexer was fitted and I thought this may be the issue. I was thinking of a filter as well.

I did query whether or not two wideband antennas could be diplexed but he assured me this would be fine. Going to give him a ring tomorrow so I'll pass on your suggestion.

I assume if everything is split Divis should come in fine again with the predicted improvement on the LBT mux ?

This has also deteriorated. Was actually receiving it well no break up on a Panasonic PVR, which I think are more sensitive than the Humax boxes.

51 is being received on the Panasonic but on none of my Humax boxes or a BT DTR 4000.

Very disappointed since I spent a fair bit of money getting this sorted and everything was greatb yesterday, but I suppose these things unpredictable.

The day when free to air TV is delivered by high speed broadband and 5G can't come soon enough.

They really should be trying to develop Freesat as well and the Channel 4 HD/All 4 situation is deplorable.

Freesat badly needs to get the Channel 4 HD and All4 problems sorted out.

Between that, and numerous reported problems with the new Arris Freesat recorders, things aren't particularly looking good for the platform.
