I live in Warlingham (NE Surrey), receiving Freeview signals from Crystal Palace, I believe. After the recent channel changes, I have noticed that I cannot receive some Freeview channels any more: this includes channel 106 (BBC4 HD), and channel 108 (Al Jazeera HD) has disappeared too. I have retuned both my TV and two Blu-Ray recorders that I use, and there is still no sign of these channels. Can anyone help, please ?

I cannot get several Freeview channels any more, including BBC 4 HD and Al Jezerea HD. I live in CR6 NE Surrey which has always received its TV signals from the Crystal Palace.
Sorry, I don't understand anything about frequency, bandwidth or COM4. My TV and the tuners in my Blu-Ray recorders, automatically tune the available channels, and these missing ones just aren't available to us any more - they are not even included on the channel guide.
I just don't understand.

I live in Warlingham, NE Surrey. My TV has been at the repairers for over 4 weeks. Since I got it back on 26th March, I have retuned the TV, and the tuners in two Blu-Ray recorders that I also have. at least 3 times. I cannot get channel 106 (BBC4 HD or 108 (Al Jazeera HD) any more on Freeview: they are not included on the TV Guide either. I suspect there may be other Freeview channels missing,. but not sure. I believe my Freeview signal comes from Crystal Palace. Will we get these missing channels back, in the future, or are they lost to us for good ?
