All the main channels keep dropping out tried returning still the same looks like there is some sort of problem, it's been like it all week, when will this problem be fixed, am I able to cancel my licence fee until you fix it as I'm paying for a service that you're not supplying.

Last nigh I seemed to loose the reception on most chanels on both my TV's and my freeview plus box, tried rescanning but the problem is still there.
Post Code PE330QF with a roof mounted aerial.
The problem was still there this morning.
