I'm not getting any signal from the Local multiplex (C30) at present. Whether or not this is down to the Planned Engineering is not confirmed.
Earlier Bristol TV was not broadcasting Bristol Live but Yorkshire Live. The other morning it was North Wales LIve, so it suggests there are some major issues at present!

The Local multiplex signal is coming and going, whether this is "tropo" at my location is as yet unconfined. However, why I have signal Bristol TV is now broadcasting North Wales live (not the listed Judge Judy). It's been suggested that they may have had some servers crash!!

Tropospheric Ducting confirmed here, so not everyone will be having the signal issues.
However whilst North Wales Live is far more interesting than endless repeats of Judge Judy, uklocal.tv really need to sort out their servers or their listings for Bristol TV!!

I can't spot anything that would lead me to believe there's something odd about the tuning.
Try a further retune without the aerial plugged in and then switch the set off for 15 minutes.
When you switch back on check that there are no channels found and that memory has been cleared.
Reconnect the aerial and try a further retune to hopefully restore all channels correctly.
If you are still missing the same channels (ArqA/COM5 multiplex) try a manual retune for UHF C31 at Winter Hill.
If the set is saying no signal, then you need to contact your building management as it would seem that C31 is not being distributed to your wall-plate outlet, unless there is some form of interference.

You never said whether you completed (or did) any experimenting with the position of your loft aerial after the end of June to see what effect it had on the multipath and if it changed the situation regarding your COM7 signal!
Oh, btw manual tuning (if a set allows it) is more likely to find a signal that is borderline cliff edge and/or heavily pixillated as it only requires small changes in the signal to decode it and you can repeat it several times until such time as it does find it, I'm sure I've mentioned in the past about the use of manual tuning to try and find missing multiplexes.

You are highly unlike to receive signals from the Black Hill transmitter in Arrochar but more likely from the Arrochar relay transmitter, however without a full postcode we can't confirm that.
That said, there has been some "Tropospheric Ducting" around causing interference, see Effect of tropospheric ducting on Freeview | RTIS for a simplistic explanation.
It can be quite variable, come and go within seconds, minutes or hours. It has been particularly strong recently which can wipe out your reception.
The BBC have also reported that these conditions could have affected your reception on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
If you retuned when you had a loss of signals (this is never advised) then this usually just clears the correct tuning from your set, and this may be the reason you have no signals now.
Try a full retune again, now that signals should be more stable, and hopefully it will restore your programmes.
Post back with a full postcode if you still have problems.

Unsurprisingly as your MP is unlikely to have any engineering or broadcast qualifications, he wouldn't be able to answer the question.
It's very simple, no-one, neither OFCOM nor Government can force a commercial operator to provide a service in a particular location where they don't consider the coverage (by head of population or likely audience size), warrants the investment in the transmission equipment.
As far as DAB is concerned, Times Radio is on the SDL multiplex (Block 11A 216.928 MHz) which is not transmitted from quite a lot of transmitters in the UK and not (yet) from Stockland Hill. As more stations cease broadcasting on MW (and/or FM) and more stations move to DAB(+) then it may be added at some point but it will be a purely commercial decision. It is transmitted from Exeter St Thomas and Beacon Hill which you might be able to receive depending on your location/postcode.
As far as Sony Movies Classic (LCN50 in the TV EPG) is concerned, Sony took the decision last summer to move a number of their services to Local Multiplexes (no doubt cheaper for them).
Local Multiplexes are only transmitted from a very limited number of main transmitters in the UK (primarily those covering large centres of population) and the signals are beamed in those directions. There is no Local TV Multiplex at Stockland Hill.
These were primarily intended to provide Local stations with local news and other such coverage. In general they have not been successful and most stations have been forced to reduce output to short peak viewing times and just relay other service for the rest of the day. It is very very unlikely that any more Local Multiplexes will ever be provided.
Whilst the loss of the free TV licence for most over 75s is a disgraceful decision by the BBC, it is not a charge for all channels as such, it is a licence to receive/record live TV (from anywhere!).
If you have good broadband with unlimited data usage, you may find that you can stream a lot of services that are not actually transmitted over air, or in your area. The other option you might want to consider is Freesat. If you have a modern TV it may already have a built-in Satellite tuner, so all you'd need is the Dish and LNB.

It can be quite variable, come and go within seconds, minutes or hours. It has been particularly strong recently which can as you've discovered wipe out your reception. Climate change is likely to mean these sort of events could be more common.
Currently it may continue on and off for a day or two more.
Please note that this is an independent help site. You should not retune whilst you have no signal or badly pixellated pictures as this usually just clears the correct tuning and you have to repeat the retune when signals stabilise.
