Check that you don't have any "boxes" video recorders etc that have an RF output set anywhere in those lower channels. If so, retune them to somewhere above all the channels your current transmitter uses. We don't know which it is (you didn't say) hence MikeP's request for the postcode.

Apparently you can get C4 HD on satellite - If you know how to you can tune in C4 HD in non-Freesat mode on:
11127, V, 22000, 5/6, DVB-S, QPSK.

You can check your predicted reception by using the coverage checker Digital UK - Coverage checker if you have a UK postcode.
There will be some insertion loss from the 4G filter but it's likely to be very small, try it without and see if it makes any difference. The disadvantage of not using it may be that if you have any very strong 4G signals they may saturate your TV front end reducing the sensitivity hence reducing signal level of other received channels.

It may be that since the frequency changes with COMs 7&8 at somewhat lower power than the others (and due to be reduced further in Q1 2020), that you may no longer be able to receive them.
To check for Freeview predicted reception use the coverage checker Digital UK - Coverage checker if you have a UK postcode.
Note also that they are temporary multiplexes and are due to close sometime before 2022. See Digital UK | 700MHz clearance for general information.

It seems they have changed recently, according to Wikipedia "In September 2019, many of the local-level DAB transmissions of Gold were turned over to the new service Smooth Country, requiring listeners in affected areas to migrate to the national DAB+ transmission of Gold. Gold continues to broadcast on DAB in the East Midlands, where Smooth Country took the place of Chill."
The DAB+ broadcasts are on the Digital One national multiplex. If you have a DAB+ radio it may be that you need to reposition your radio or aerial if in range of a transmitter. It seems that the DAB transmissions only continue on the Nottingham/Derby/Leicester DAB transmitters.

It is correct that you'd need a Wideband/Group T aerial as mentioned by Carl Reade, however as I mentioned in my previous post on this page which he may have missed, COMs 7&8 are on much lower power.
Unless you happened to be very close to the transmitter, an old group A aerial is unlikley to pick up the signal.
However, check the Freeview predicted reception at your location by putting your postcode into the coverage checker Digital UK - Coverage checker . If there's no predicted reception from Divis, you may consider it a waste changing your aerial. Obviously you need to check you don''t have any diplexers etc that might affect the signal.
COMs 7&8 are due to close by sometime in 2022, it will depend on 5G take up by the Mobile operators and will not necessarily be at the same time for all areas.

If you are referring to True Entertainment & the Sony Crime channel, they have been moved by Sony to local multiplexes. If you don't receive any local channel on LCN 7 or 8, then you won't get them. See True Entertainment | free and easy for full information about the changes and how to complain.

Put your postcode into Digital UK - Coverage checker you will see that it's the SDN and ArqA multiplexes (on UHF 29 & 31) that are predicted to have some variable reception at your location either now or in 2020. You ought not to be getting issues with ArqB on UHF37.
My inclination would be to check your aerial installation and coax connections & do you have the correct group or high enough gain aerial? Also check you don't have any boxes (VCRs etc) with RF outputs down near those channels.

As per my previous post they are on lower power than the other muxes - 12.4 & 12.66kW respectively compared to 100kW for the PSB muxes & 50kW for the other COM muxes. They are due to reduce to 8.913kW sometime in Q1 2020 according to DigitalUK. Being SFNs (Single Frequency Networks) will no doubt contribute to lower coverage.

Yes the COMs 7&8 muxes are moving to 51 & 60 today. BUT sometime in Q1 2020 (may not be March, date is TBA as far as I can see) they will be moving to 55 (not 52) & 56 as the rest of the UK where transmitted (not all transmitters broadcast them).
This and the retune event is part of the 700Mhz clearance see http://www.digitaluk.co.u…nce.
For Freeview predicted reception use the coverage checker Digital UK - Coverage checker if you have a UK postcode. For Saorview you will probably have to google to get the information.
