Both those stations are on the D1 National Commercial multiplex Block 11D: 222.064MHz, so if it's a signal issue you should have the same problem with the other stations on the multiplex.
Try checking the signal strength etc in your radio's settings. You could try a reset and full retune of your radio.
If you still end up with just those two stations having a problem then it could be a problem with the feed to your nearest transmitter with the D1 multiplex (Bridport does not transmit it).
The nearest main transmitters maybe Stockland Hill to the WNW or Bincombe Hill to the ESE, and there's a lower power relay at Sidmouth.
If it's just those two stations, you'd be probably best contacting the stations direct and giving them your details etc and they should know who to contact about the problem.

Thanks for that update, hadn't been checking recently myself.

As per the post before yours, the Tacolneston transmitter has been on Planned Engineering. If you are in an area that has possible marginal reception, the effects will be more obvious. As you haven't given a full postcode we can't advise what the predicted reception in your locale is likely to be.
Do NOT retune.

Great TV (LCN49) along with a number of their channels (was Sony's now "Great") are only carried on Local multiplexes.
See Channel listings for Industry Professionals | Freeview for which channels are carried on which multiplexes.
Local multiplexes are only provide on a limited number of main transmitters at lower power and they are generally beamed towards the large urban centres of population for which they were originally set up. Unfortunately there is no Local multiplex at Redruth.
The channel is available on Freesat if you have it, or if your set has an inbuilt Satellite tuner, all you need is a Dish and LNB.

As you have provided little information, we need more to offer any advice.
Is it all channels you are losing or just some, if some, which ones?
It this happening everyday at the same time, or is it at the same time every hour as your post implies and is this only during parts of the day or all the time?
Do you anything else in the house that switches on at the time this occurs?
Please give a full postcode so we can look at which transmitter(s) and multiplexes your locale is predicted to receive.

I think atmospherics are highly improbable right now. Two of the respected sources of predictions for "temperature inversion/tropospheric ducting" show absolutely nothing over the UK at present. Also, still no faults or engineering being reported.
People chuck stuff up in their lofts which is why I suggested checking. Other than that, have you checked all your connections and cables as suggested? if you have any flyleads try swapping them, they can be a frequent problem. I assume your downlead from the aerial doesn't go outside, if so you need to check it for damage, water ingress etc.
Be aware, problematic connections, water ingress etc. can seem to affect reception of just an individual multiplex not always all of them.
You haven't mentioned it, so I assume you don't have any distribution amp/splitter?
See what signal strengths and quality you are getting for the multiplexes (groups of channels) shown in your TV's tuning section, they should all be pretty much the same.
Other things (other than interference) that could affect reception of a multiplex are new buildings nearby, scaffolding, trees growing bigger, indeed anything close by that could be on the line-of-sight to the transmitter especially if it's metallic.
Other things (including interference) - have you changed anything in your set up since this problem started?
Have you got any new electrical/electronic equipment? Set up any sets of xmas lights that have power units?
Does the problem occur when you switch any lighting or other equipment on, or even when a boiler runs?
If you post back with all that information, if it's not cables and connections we might be able to narrow down the potential problem.

I hope that the person who installed the aerial is a different person from the one that installed the wiring. I'm afraid there are too many situations where "builders" do not understand how to correctly install such wiring, telephone/broadband wiring is another example - in most cases where the wrong type or grade of cable has been used and the way it's all been connected up.

Forgot to add "Nothing regarding electrics etc have changed" may be the case, BUT things can go faulty, so there should not be the assumption that it doesn't need checking.

The transmitter should now be back on air.
Whilst the BBC have reported fault details on the individual transmitter page, they have NOT (yet?) added it to a page which is an engineering list of Freeview faults which is where the updates to this site come from.
From 5:43:55pm on 26th Nov 2021 to 12:35:36pm on 27th Nov 2021 BBC A / BBCB HD Off the air due to a fault.
In the weather conditions that have been prevalent, finding information about when such faults may be fixed, especially if it's due to a power outage will frequently be dependant on accessibility to the fault and the weather prevailing at the time, which may of course be very imprecise.
