I'm assuming your reception is from the Caldbeck transmitter which is SSE of you. Neither Freeview nor the BBC are reporting any problems with the transmitter.
What channels have you lost and when did you lose them or notice you lost them, when did you know they last worked?
I'd suggest you check all your coax plugs, connections, flyleads etc, unplug connectors check for corrosion or other problems and reconnect them. Flyleads are a common problem, try swapping/changing them. See what signal strengths and quality you are getting for the multiplexes shown in your TV's tuning section. Also check that your downlead looks undamaged (especially if it is old) and that your aerial seems intact and pointing in the correct direction.
Problematic connections, water ingress etc. can seem to affect reception of just an individual or several multiplexes.

The DL14 postcode area is a large area and reception is different across the range of postcodes, some will have excellent reception from a choice of two transmitters.
We need a full postcode to look at the Freeview predicted reception at you location.
There can be changes in signal propagation after dark, as the air cools there can be different layers of air at different temperatures and this will affect how far signals travel. That said there may be other additional reasons why you are finding this other than location, your aerial will be relevant.
If you are receiving your signals from the Pontop Pike transmitter and you still have an old C/D group aerial (not a Group T/Wideband) then this could be the additional reason as those COMs 4-6 multiplexes that carry the channels you mention are on the lower UHF channels.
if you are receiving your signals from Bilsdale, the COMs 4-6 multiplexes are broadcast at half the power to the main PSBs.
In both cases, if you are not in the best of reception locations, both issues could make a difference.
But as already said, a full postcode is needed to look at predicted reception and to advise further.

There is Planned Engineering at Kilvey Hill this week with "Possible service interruptions".
If you retuned earlier whilst the transmitter was off-air, it will have cleared all your previous tuning.
Repeat a retune, by now the transmitter may be back on air, but there could be further interuptions tomorrow.

I don't suppose it's been switched off, but there may be a fault/low power, as previously mentioned can't find a report but although High Pressure doesn't automatically bring co-channel, there is some Tropospheric Ducting forecast for the next 72hrs or so, you may be unlucky then.
How did you get on with Freeview? There doesn't seem to be any issues posted on-line - which doesn't mean there aren't any !!

What time did you actually carry out your retunes?
Now before you do anything else, go into your TV's tuning sections (both sets please) and find out which UHF channels it is tuned to for each multiplex.
Don't do anything else until you've posted that.
As your aerial is pointing at Bilsdale (supposedly), I'm wondering what it's picking up as there are no retunes on Bilsdale at all. Emley is retuning today, and it's only some relays on the 12th, as I've said, we need to know which UHF channels the sets are tuning to.
Any update on a new filter being sent?

I posted very clearly on the 31st Jan. on p189 in response to Chris Gunn that the Simulcast continues until 22nd April. That post was immediately before your previous post. Perhaps you missed it.
As regards Help schemes, there is no help scheme for the Elderly per se. The Free Help that is available is organised by Freeview if someone contacts them and is not able to receive the 3 PSB multiplexes in particular on the new frequencies, but I believe it also includes the COMs4-6.
It is provided Free provided the person does not have Satellite or Cable. Age is irrelevant.

Oh, in addition to my previous a few minutes ago, Where did you hear that the Simulcast was supposedly stopping on the 20th Feb.? because it is wrong.

Robert Paton:
You should have no trouble with any of the multiplexes including the Local one & COMs 7&8 at your location.
Hence you should get all available channels Channel listings | Freeview
However Now 90's is streamed for some (a lot of?) parts of the day/night IIRC - is your set connected to the Internet? Watch your usage if your Internet service is not unlimited.

OK, you are obviously getting signals from more than two transmitters, I need to look at which ones they might be with those channels numbers as they aren't all Bilsdale or Emley.
Regarding 47, 33, 43, 44 from your previous post -
Bilsdale has nothing on 47, 33, 43 but has COM4/SDN on 44.
Belmont also retuned 2 muxes today but had/has nothing on those channels.
Emley has PSB1 on 44, PSB2 on 44, COM4/SDN now on 33, nothing at all on 43.
Keighley which you might possibly pick up has PSB2 on 43
The "interesting thing" is that you are seeing signals for COM7 but I assume 0% quality and you don't have programmes because I didn't think your sets were HD tuners? Can you confirm that?
I'll post again about those channel numbers in your last post.

Let us know when they are sending you the filter (which will hopefully be the Ch.60 one - it's more expensive than the Ch.59 one). Whichever, leave the existing Filter and Attenuator in place, and put this new one between the Aerial and the Booster and then post the % Signal & Quality for each set.
