Which specific channels are you having problems with? There doesn't appear to be any reports of any transmitter problems from Freeview or the BBC.
Have you introduced or changed any equipment recently, especially anything with HDMI cables? Make sure any HDMI cables are not near aerial cables or flyleads especially if the latter are not high quality double screened as HDMI can cause some interference.
Has the aerial been disturbed, it should be pointing roughly at a bearing of 150 degrees (nearly SSE) with the rods horizontal. Any metal objects, scaffolding or structural changes occurred?
Check you are tuned to the correct UHF channels for Ridge Hill and not inadvertently tuned to weaker signals from another transmitter.
Check in your TV's tuning section which UHF channels it's tuning to, they should be
C28, C25, C22, C21, C24, C27, C55 for multiplexes BBCA/PSBs1, D3&4/PSB2, BBCB HD/PSB3, SDN/COM4, ArqA/COM5, ArqB/COM6, COM7.
See Channel listings for Industry Professionals | Freeview for which channels are on which multiplex.
COMs 4-7.

Chris:
There are 6 HD channels (and 2 SD) on the BBCB HD multiplex - BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Ch4, Ch5 & CBBC are the HD ones.
Are they all missing? Have there been any power cuts in the area? I can't find any reports of problems at the transmitter from Freeview or the BBC.
Have you changed anything lately? HDMI leads near unscreened/poorly screened flyleads/aerial leads can cause interference.
If you happened to retune when the signal was missing, this generally just clears the correct tuning and you need to retune again when signals are normal.
I would check that your aerial seems intact and pointing in the correct direction and that your downlead looks undamaged (especially if it is old). Also check all your coax plugs, connections, flyleads etc, unplug connectors check for corrosion or other problems and reconnect them. Flyleads are a common problem, try swapping/changing them. See what signal strengths and quality you are getting for the other multiplexes (groups of channels) shown in your TV's tuning section.
Problematic connections, water ingress etc. can seem to affect reception of just AN individual or several multiplexes.

What sort of aerial are you using? That close to the transmitter reception should not be a problem. Make sure it's still pointing at the transmitter - about 8 degrees east of due N, and it's rods horizontal.
Check all your coax plugs etc for bad connections or corrosion. Remove them and plug them in again.
Have you changed anything? Make there are no HDMI leads close to aerial leads or flyleads.
You should be able to get excellent signals from the Crystal Palace transmitter, but if you are using an indoor aerial you may not reliably pick up signals at present as the transmitter is listed for Planned Engineering with "Possible weak signal".
If you retuned at any point when signals were missing, it will likely have just cleared the correct tuning and you'll need to retune again.

As you've now no doubt discovered, Euronews is on Sky 508 or streamed on the Internet.

The co-ordinates on this web-page are wrong unfortunately, it is at TL660034. I would normally take the OFCOM information as correct, but I've also got the same information from a BBC site and some other sites known to be normally reliable.
I'm afraid there are a number of Analogue Radio transmitter locations around this site that aren't correct, there's obviously been a bug in transferring the co-ordinates, but as the site owner hasn't had the time to update all the TV transmitter data with all the 700MHz clearance changes, I doubt this will get attention soon.
So just to confirm, it is in Bakers Wood roughly to the SW of Chelmsford at TL660034.

There's no reported faults at Midhurst that I can find, from Freeview or the BBC in the last 5 days, except 24 Jan 10:11 until 24 Jan 10:22 which should only have affected DAB reception.
As you haven't provided a full postcode, I can't tell if you might receive other transmitters and have become tuned to a weaker signal if there was any interruption to the Midhurst signal. If your set has any auto-retune turned on (turn it off if it has - generally more trouble than it's worth) or you retuned at any point when you had no signal or pictures were badly pixellated it generally just clears correct tuning or may have got tuned to weaker signal from another transmitter.
Check in your TV's tuning section that you are tuned to all the correct UHF channels for Midhurst, as listed at the top of this page these are - C48, C35, C36, C29, C34, C33 in the order PSBs1-3, COMs4-6.

Without a full postcode we can't look at your predicted reception. Forces TV is transmitted on the temporary COM7 multiplex which is transmitted as an SFN on UHF C55 at lower power than the main multiplexes.
Also, if you have an old Group A aerial you will have more difficulty getting C55. Unless your aerial and downlead need replacing for other reasons (seriously deteriorated) it may not be worth the expense of changing it for a Group T/Wideband aerial unless you are doing it yourself, as COM7 will be closed by end of June 2022.
There's not been any plans made public about what may happen to channels currently on COM7.

Not all radio stations choose to broadcast on Freeview.
If you receive the full range of multiplexes (groups of channels) from your transmitter, you will get all the radio stations that are on Freeview for your area.
See Channel listings for Industry Professionals | Freeview and look at the 700 range of LCNs, and for detail of BBC local stations, see BBC local radio services | Freeview

Yes it seems the link goes to Kerrang! which appears to be a magazine which may or may not be associated with the Kerrang radio channel, not the TV channel.
As Briantist has not updated a lot of the technical information related to the 700MHz clearance program, I doubt this one will not be high on the priority list!
