dave lincoln: If you actually reside in Lincoln then dependant on exactly where you are located within the area you could possibly be receiving Freeview from the Lincoln Central PSB only relay, and if by any chance you are then this station does not transmit commercial multiplex channels such as used by Drama and Yesterday. However, should you be able to view ITV3 / ITV4 then those programmes could be received from either the Waltham or Belmont transmitters, the frequencies used for Drama and Yesterday from both stations being as follows / Belmont : Drama Ch30 - 545.8 Mhz / Yesterday Ch60 - 785.8 Mhz. Waltham : Drama Ch29 - 538.0 Mhz / Yesterday Ch57 - 762.0 Mhz. Please note, if your tuner stick is as old as you say then you might have problems locking on to Belmont as both frequencies mentioned are negative offsets from the channels (30 & 60) true frequency. As far as choosing another Stick is concerned, unfortunately by not really being involved with these type of devices I am unable to advise on this.

jenny Cook: This programme is on the same multiplex as (11) Pick TV (12) Dave, and so if you can receive both programmes but not Movie Mix on 32 then your best policy is to carry out a "first time installation" on your TV or box.
However sometimes (dependant on brand) carrying out a normal auto-tune can add an additional programme to the guide and so if you wish you could try this first, but should it fail then revert to that said, "factory reset" or "default setting" being other names associated with a first time installation.

Ian Garrick: The answer to your question is basically no, and with the reason for being simply because that these additional "purely for profit" commercial services seen on main stations were only added because the operators of these transmitters were aware that revenue obtained from the users of same would exceed the installation and running costs of the transmitters, this being the opposite to what the situation would be if they were added to relay stations located in areas of low population and where the installation / running costs of same would outweigh the expected return, hence needless to say they declined Ofcoms offer to add them.
There are hundreds of PSB only muxes in the UK and with the explanation given being applicable to them all.

Trevor: Anyone experiencing reception problems when their TV or box is connected directly into the wall socket of a communal aerial system and with the jumper lead between both known to be in perfect condition, then this in effect places the problem outwith their control.
I would advise you to try and find out if any of your neighbours are also experiencing similar difficulties with reception as they most likely will be, although this "might" possibly be to a lesser extent than you are dependant on the brand of equipment they are using as tuners do vary in sensitivity.
In order to give a better idea as to the cause of your problem you should carry out a signal test on both ITV and also the BBC whilst reception is OK, noting the strength / quality being indicated, then repeat the test when the problems occur and once again jotting down that seen, the idea being to check if the signal strength is stable but the quality is seen to intermittently dive downwards.

den: Without having knowledge of exactly what is updating (Sky box?) but irrespective of what it might be I would advise you to leave it for about another 25 minutes or so before attempting to stop it.
If though when you do attempt to stop it a warning message comes on then give it another 10 minutes or so, because after this period of time has passed the chances are that the device has frozen and leaving you with no option other than to forcibly stop it.

hughes: If the box does not appear to respond to any commands from the remote control then check the batteries, if though the batteries prove to be OK then disconnect the box from the mains for about 30 seconds or so before powering it up again.

Roger Kent: Any Freeview box that loses channels after having been switched off is an indication that its tuners memory is overloaded hence drops the channels when its temporary memory store is unpowered.
You should carry out a "first time installation" as that wipes out everything stored, this being followed by a normal auto-tune.
By the way first time installation can also be called "default setting" or "factory reset" dependant on the brand of equipment.

Andy Gritt: If you are connected into a communal aerial system then check if others are similarly affected, if though you are using your own aerial system and you have any type of booster in line then check that its still powered up, although even if it is try bypassing it by connecting the aerial directly into the coax that goes to your TV (or box) just in case the booster has developed a fault.

Alastair Robertson: Without necessarily disagreeing with that already said by Mike P, but according to the terrain indicator you would appear to have a clear line-of-sight between your location and the two stations in question, trees or man made objects excluded, and so when taking this into account as well as the "high end" final channel spread that both stations will be using (Caradon OK but Plympton using Ch58) I would not hesitate fitting such as a Log 36 as seen on the link, this new version of Log designed to restrict the effect of any 4G activity should that apply in any area, and this used in conjunction with the filter mentioned by Mike P would give absolutely maximum protection, although there is an element of over hype around about this potential problem.

mr j roper: No one is able to offer advice on a query of this nature without having knowledge of your location, this in the form of a post code or one from nearby e.g: a shop / Post Office.
It would also be of assistance if you could indicate whether or not you are using your own aerial or are possibly connected into a communal system.
