Nick,Mablethorpe.It is up to the provider concerned in this case Freesat whether the Dave channels should be on their platforms.It may or may not be accomodated at a later date.
Still at least you have both Freesat and Freeview,unlike many unfortunate souls out there on the majority of relay Freeview masts who only receive 30 odd programme channels on either 2 or if they have HD compatible equipment,3 multiplexes.

I would look up the posting below yours by Transmitter Engineering on Wednesday 20 June 2012 at 2.27pm.That could be one possibility.
The other possibility you mentioned is the booster in the roof.Try bypassing this.

Perhaps i may shed a wee bit of light in Dupree's situation.His first post was on Sunday 17 June 2012,7.04pm,his first language is not English,i presume he is Italian the red,white and green tricolour gives it away.He stated his postcode as TN6 1DL which is Crowborough in East Sussex i assume,and resides presumably in the Heathfield transmitter area,but could possibly also receive main transmissions from Crystal Palace,Bluebell Hill and Dover as well as relay transmissions from Reigate,Whitehawk Hill and Tunbridge Wells.

Jason,London.Try the reset procedure for your TopUpTV box,then rescan either automatically or if your appliance will allow rescan it preferably manually.
Or try either a set top aerial,a thin piece of wire or a very wee (small) sized screwdriver into the aerial socket of your appliance and if the missing BBCA multiplex channels return then you may have too much signal,if that is the case fit a variable attenuator to reduce the signal.
As you could be anywhere in London either on Crystal Palace or another relay or other main transmitter,if you leave a full postcode the real professionals on here,Briantist,Mike Dimmick,JB38,KMJ Derby,etc,will offer more in depth expertise on your current predicament.

Thompson.Ashford,Kent.If your aerial is polarised horizontally directed at Bluebell Hill main transmitter,then there is another retune required in the early hours of Wednesday 27 June 2012 after the last of the analogue BBC1 South East,ITV1 Meridian,Channel 4 and Channel 5 channels are permanently switched off,but i will stress in no paricular order.
BBC2 analogue was switched off early on Wednesday 13 June 2012 along with the lower powered pre-digital Mux1 multiplex,the new higher powered BBCA multiplex was switched on and a retune was required,two weeks after this date which i already indicated earlier above another retune will be required to receive all the new higher powered D3+4,BBCB (HD),SDN,ArqA and ArqB multiplexes as well as rescanning BBCA again if this is performed automatically (no need to rescan BBCA multiplex is there is a manual scanning facilty on your appliance) to replace not just the remaining four analogue channels but also the switching off of the five remaining lower powered pre-digital multiplexes Mux2,Mux's A,B,C,D.
Even after DSO2 is completed my best tip is to rescan regularly say once weekly in the event of new channels coming up or channels being deleted as such,or even channels moving frequencies and multiplexes which does often occur on the freeview platform.

Craig,Trawden.If your horizontally polarised aerial that faces Winter Hill is a group C/D type tipped green then the answer is no because Pendle Forest major relay is an all group A mast and group C/D aerials (coloured green at its tips) will fail to pick up anything on an all group A mast let alone Pendle Forest relay itself.
If it is a group W wideband aerial currently facing Winter Hill that you have (coloured black at its tips) then you can use it for Pendle Forest but you will have to change the polarity from horizontal to vertical as Pendle Forest is polarised vertically.
However you may find that group W wideband aerials have a poor response on group A frequencies,more so on an all group A mast like Pendle Forest itself which is only a 100w (0.1kw) relay mast.You're best bet if you decide to change from Winter Hill to Pendle Forest is to purchase a group A (red coloured tips) aerial preferably a Yagi 18A vertically polarised for Pendle Forest.
