why is the D1 national coverage so much less than the others. I can listen to World Service in the car easily and then when i switch to UCB (say) I find it keeps breaking up. Are they going to remedy this?

I should have said that I live about 8 miles west of Cambridge. Sorry. I can see that the Cambridge D1 national is at lower power, but I should surely get the Sandy heath signal as I drive around the area.

I have a Grundig GDT1000 freeview box. Despite a reset, it refuses to acknowlwedge that there is now a freeview mux on Ch27 at Sandy Heath. Is this because the box is too old and cannot accept the different transmission mode?
