COM 4 channels appear but are weak (40% signal quality). We should be receiving from Ridge Hill and new roof aerial has been set horizontal and pointing towards Ridge Hill. Youview only let's you select 'Gloucestershire Central' or 'Gloucestershire West' without naming the transmitters. I've selected 'Central' which seems to be Ridge Hill. Any ideas why I can't receive COM 5 & 6 ?

HD channels suddenly disappeared a week ago without any changes or updates being made ? Always worked fine and had a strong signal for these channels (BBC 1 HD, ITV 1 HD etc). Live in Cheltenham and using Youview Humax Box, receiving from horizontal roof mounted aerial pointing to Ridge Hill Transmitter. Always received BBC Midlands Today and ITV Central News, which hasn't changed, but noticed from reading on here that we should be receiving BBC Midlands Today and ITV West ? Any ideas ?

Thanks KMJ, your tip regarding inteference got me thinking and was the key. I bought a double screened coax aerial cable AND 4G filter from Maplins (£19.98) which did the trick. Now receive all channels, with quality signal and no inteference. Thanks again.

Hi, I'm in GL51 0QJ and Youview is missing all channels on COM 5 & 6 . Channels on COM4 are weak (40% signal quality) too. Youview only let's me retune to ' Gloucestershire Central', which I assume is Ridge Hill, or 'Gloucestershire West'. Any ideas ?
