David Johnston: I wasn't suggesting that there was a fault with your amplifier, which would be very unlikely anyway given that other muxes are fine. I was suggesting that you are experiencing some signal lift which is causing too much signal going in to the tuner and overloading it, which DVB-T2 transmissions are particularly susceptible to and that turning down the amplifier a little (no disconnection required) might resolve the problem. Take a look at the article titled "Too much of a good thing" on this site for explanation.

Carole hunter: 75% is plenty high enough for signal strength. What matters more is the signal quality (or how low the error rate is).

Taylor: There is no local mux shown on the predicted coverage for your postcode which would explain why you aren't receiving True Christmas on Freeview.

ea ryan: If you are referring to adverts shown on True Entertainment (or any other TV channel) they are nothing to do with this website, which is independent of any broadcasters as is primarily here to help people suffering reception problems with TV or radio services. Suggest you try asking your question to the broadcaster via contact detail on their website (link at the top of this page).

Heathfield (East Sussex, England) transmitter

MargaretJ: You're predicted to get better reception from Crystal Palace than Heathfield, although reception is showing as variable on some of the commercial channels. Nothing has changed at the transmitters so if you have lost channels which were working for you previously then your aerial system may have deteriorated or you could have a bad connection somewhere. It's worth checking the connections at the back of the TV first to make sure no cables are loose or damaged, then follow back towards the aerial as far as you can safely access.

John Harrington: It could be something corrupted in your TV/box's tuning memory. 4 Music on channel 18 is on the same multiplex so if that is working try unplugging the aerial and do a full scan to clear the tuning memory. Then plug the aerial back in and scan again which should cause all the channels to reappear.

David Barnett: Parbold transmitter serves only 1200 homes, there is no chance of it ever carrying the Full Freeview service.

Simon: C60 is not used for 4G. C60 is 785MHz which is the last UHF channel below the frequencies used for 4G, which start at 791MHz.
