Ian Farrow: Have you contacted any of the broadcasters of the stations on D1 that you are trying to listen to? They should be able to confirm if they are already aware of the fault or otherwise they can pass the problem on to the transmission company to investigate.

Neil H: As per jb38's post above yours try C38. Don't forget you'll need to retune the TVs which are receiving the analogue RF output once you've changed the channel.

David: Which model of DAB radio do you have? All mine have a display allowing you to select the station you want from a list. There are various models designed to look like old radios but I haven't used one so don't know how user friendly they are.

Newhaven (East Sussex, England) DAB transmitter

Seafordrose: Suggest you contact Classic FM at the link below to report the transmitter fault. The coverage prediction for your postcode shows that you should have coverage of Classic FM on DAB if the transmitter was working properly.

Richard Cooper: Sudbury and Rouncefall form a single frequency network (SFN) where the PSB multiplexes are broadcast on the same frequencies in synchronisation from both sites, this is in order to improve coverage in areas that did not get good reception from Sudbury after digitial switch over a few years ago. Therefore retuning will make no difference as John is already receiving a combined signal from both Rouncefall and Sudbury.

John Stone: A signal strength of 100% is too high and can be overloading the tune. Take a look at the article titled "Too much of a good thing" on this website.

ITV 3

morag ritchie: The only transmitter which broadcasts ITV3 and Drama and covers your postcode is Durris, although it's not predicted to give good reception. There are two other potential transmitters but neither carry the channels you mention. Rather than paying a monthly subscription for Sky, it would be well worth looking at getting Freesat which only carries a one off cost for the box and installation of a satellite dish and cabling.

Carole Hughes: You will only be able to watch Freeview on your computer if it has a Freeview tuner card/dongle which is connected to an aerial. COM7 which carries Talking Pictures (and COM8) are broadcast from 30 main transmitter sites which cover around 70% of households. These services are temporary and will cease in 2020 and will not be expanded to broadcast from any further transmitters as there are no spare frequencies to broadcast on.

I suspect you are referring to watching TV via your internet connection, where the channels available will depend on what is offered by the service you are streaming from.

Rich: The BBC have been carrying out technical trials of 4K/UHD broadcasts over the last couple of years. There is some suggestion that we could see a BBC UHD service as soon as next year, although there has been no official announcement yet.

It would be interesting to know the figures for take up of Sky and BT's UHD services, which would give an indication of the number of households who already have the capability to receive a future BBC UHD service.

Winter Hill (Bolton, England) transmitter

Chris: No one from this website can investigate a transmitter problem as we have no connection with any broadcaster or transmission company. If the problem is causing you to loose channels on that multiplex and you are able to confirm that multiple homes are affected, I would suggest reporting the problem to the broadcaster who will be able investigate.
