Howard Platt : Although you should be able to receive some multiplexes from a few other transmitters, it looks like The Wrekin is the only viable option at your location. COM7 & COM8 are temporary services broadcast from 30 transmitters covering around 70% of UK households. There were only a limited number of frequencies available for COM7/8 to use when they first launched, so with The Wrekin having large areas of overlap with several high power transmitters there were probably no usable frequencies available.

Richard Greenaway: Are you missing any other channels such as Pick and Dave, which are on the same multiplex (COM5) as Sky News? What signal strength and quality readings do you get for UHF channel 33? Do not attempt to retune.

charles provine: There have been no recent changes reported for True Movies on Freeview. Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV? Please provide a full postcode so that we can see which transmitters you're receiving, where you are in relation to them and your predicted coverage etc. Do not attempt to retune.

Mrs Hughes: Retuning was a bad idea as you have now deleted some of your channels which were correctly tuned to begin with. Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV? Is this neighbour in the same building using a communal aerial system or are they in a separate property with their own aerial?

Zoe: Do you have Drama (channel 20) and 5USA (channel 21) which are both broadcast on the same multiplex (COM4) as ITV Be?

Cat: Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV? Do not attempt to retune. As you haven't said which transmitter you're using we have no idea if there is an ongoing fault or engineering work taking place.

Hilary Bunce: Without knowing where you are (please provide a full postcode) there isn't much advice that anyone can offer.

Helen : Try sending your request to the channel, this is not their website and they are unlikely to see your comment here.
