David walton: Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV? Please provide a full postcode so that we can see where you are in relation to the transmitter and your predicted coverage etc. Do not attempt to retune when you have no signal as this will make the problem much harder to solve.

Glen Cawdeary: From looking at the broadcaster's website, there doesn't seem to be any catchup facility.

Helen Fitz-Harris: That sounds like your TV has retuned and picked up a Welsh transmitter (I assume you mean you're receiving S4C which is completely separate to Channel 4). If your provide a full postcode or can tell us which transmitter you normally receive, we can advise how to manually retune your TV back to the correct region. It's also worth checked that you don't have any loose or damaged cables or connections behind the TV which may cause the signal from your usual transmitter to be weaker than normal.

Please provide a full postcode so that we can see which transmitter you're using, where you are in relation to it and your predicted coverage etc. Do not attempt to retune as this will make the fault more difficult to find.

Vic Savy: This website is independent and the owner doesn't seem to have time available to sort out various problems with the coverage predictions. Digital UK's coverage checker should be fairly reliable as they are the organisation that run Digital Terrestrial TV (DTT) in the UK.

Steven grundy: Continually retuning will never fix a problem with weak signal. The Poole transmitter shows a very weak signal at your location and is unlikely to give you any watchable channels. The only transmitters which are predicted to give a good signal at your location are Rowridge VP or Westbourne (lite relay which only carries around 20 channels). Start by checking for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV, but if that doesn't solve the problem you probably need to get someone to check the aerial and booster.

rui: There are no Irish radio stations on DAB in the UK. If you mean UCB 1 or UCB 2 then chances are you're in an area where these stations aren't broadcast, or only have a weak signal. If you provide a full postcode then we can check.

martin sugarman: Try contacting the broadcaster, this is not their website and they are unlikely to read your comment here.
