Dave Smith, John Jackson, Anonymous, MR ANGRY: True Movies and True Entertainment have moved to the local TV multiplex, which is only broadcast in areas where there is a local TV station on Freeview channel 7 or 8. This decision has been taken by Sony, who are the owners of the True family of channels, not by Freeview, or by anyone on this website (which is completely independent of any broadcaster or transmitter company and is here to provide technical help with reception problems).
Perhaps if Sony receive enough complaints they may reconsider their decision, however making complaints against unconnected websites and the people who contribute to them will not achieve anything.
Brian: BBC Alba is on Freeview channel 7 in Scotland and has nothing to do with the local TV multiplex. If you can receive That's Scotland on channel 8 then a retune should restore True Entertainment on 48 and True Movies on 50.

Mike Terry: Which radio station are you referring to? DAB and DAB+ stations can co-exist on the same multiplex (as they do on D1 National and SDL, as well as various local multiplexes).

Mr Angry: If you followed the link at the top of this page to True Entertainment's own website you would find an e-mail address on their contact page. No doubt postal addresses etc can be found via Google.

Amy Henning: As per numerous other posts, True Entertainment and True Movies have moved to the local TV multiplex, which is only broadcast in areas where there is a local TV station on Freeview channel 7 or 8. It doesn't look like this is available at your postcode.

Margie : True Entertainment and True Movies have moved to the local TV multiplex (this has nothing to do with 5G) so you will only be able to receive them if you can get a local TV station on Freeview channel 7 or 8. Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind each TV? Are all of your TVs connected to the same aerial? Please provide a full postcode so that we can see which transmitters you should be able to receive, where you are in relation to them and your predicted coverage etc.

D Twyman: Retuning is the worst thing to do when you have a weak signal as you are deleting all of your correctly tuned channels and searching for them again. Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV? Please provide a full postcode so that we can see which transmitters you're able to receive, where you are in relation to them and your predicted signal strength etc.

mr stephen webb: True Entertainment and True Movies have moved to the local TV multiplex, which is not broadcast from Ridge Hill as there are no local TV stations in any of the areas covered by that transmitter. The only people who can decide if they will return to wider coverage are Sony, who own the True channels.

Tony Parsons: Keep It Country has closed. It has been replace on satellite by Spotlight TV, which is also available on Freeview as an internet streamed channel on compatible connected TVs.

Richard Sutton: ITV4 is only broadcast from Ridge Hill on UHF channel 25 (UHF 29 only carries ITV West with no other services). Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections? Do you get the same results on ITV2 and ITV3 (both are on the same PSB2 mux as ITV4)? If you provide a full postcode someone may be able to offer more specific advice.
