I now know the answer....as from last Monday 18th Feb 2019, FREVIEW have moved PBS from Prog 94 to Prog 91 without it appears spreading that info around. It changes on a Freeview Programme Update, hence the answer to why my Youview device was on 91 and my non updated TV was still on 94 !!

Have Lost PBS 94, Ch35 586.0 MHz MENDIP Transmitter On My BTYouview Box Humax DTR T2100, but still get it on my Panasonic 4K TV which is fed by its aerial feed from the throughput of the BT Youview Box
I have retuned numerious times with and without aerial and factory reset the Youview box and still will not get PBS 94. Yet the same youview aerial cable that feeds the TV (which is after the Youview box!!) where I continue to get PBS94 without any problems.
Any advice why I cant get PBS94 on my Youviewbox but can using the same input cable to my TV that does get PBS94 ??
