Stuart: If you select the channel name in the Windows Media Center EPG, press the "i" button on the remote, you can select the "add channel listing to channel" option that will allow you to associate the correct listing to the channel.

Racundra: The problem is not your aerial, but your cables. If the signal goes bad during rain, then it most likely that water is getting into the cable. You should replace the cable, preferably with "satellite grade coaxial" cable.

Jordy: In all existing switchovers, Channel 5 on analogue has closed at DSO2, when the channel becomes available to all on D3+4.

T Gray: The power levels at Crystal Palace are as they have been since 2003, and have not and will not change until switchover on Wednesday 18th April 2012.
