Pete: OK, given that C67 previously had ArqB and since 14th September 2011 has had ArqA, it would be quite important that you did this My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+1, has no sound or the channel line up is wrong | ukfree.tv - independent free digital TV advice to reset the box.

Bob: Yes, your set is not suitable for "Freeview HD" without an external tuner. It is "HD Ready", but does not support the new transmission system DVB-T2. Use a Freeview HD box and an HDMI cable.

You should be using the Mendip transmitter, not Stockland Hill.

christine: If the Sky box says "no signal" then that is a message from the Sky box and has nothing to do with your television set.
The best thing to check first is What can I do when my Sky Digibox says 'No Signal' or 'Technical fault'? | ukfree.tv - independent free digital TV advice - but it could be that you don't actually have a signal, or that the box is broken.
