Sorry, there is no one to complain to "official" or otherwise. Multiplex COM6/ARQB belongs to Arqiva, they can do with it as they please in this respect.

jack: Indoor aerials are unsuitable for Freeview reception. Use a rooftop aerial if you want it to work.

Hackett: That is probably the best thing to do, little point spending hundreds of pounds for a couple of months.

JSmith: You might want to consider moving the aerial to the roof, where it can have a clear line-of-sight to the transmitter, to stop this kind of thing happening.

Anne: From 13th April 2011 this transmitter will provide you with the Freeview Light service, assuming you have a rooftop aerial.
