Gavin: You should have a very, very strong signal from the transmitter, I would suggest you try disconnecting the booster from your system.

John: Basically, no. You should have and always have had and will have 100% reception on all multiplexes from Sandy Heath.

I presume your aerial is on the roof?

Dave: I would start by checking the cable between the existing working TV and the kitchen, it seems quite possible it has sustained some damage and may need replacement.

Steven Walker: Connect the VCR to the 3900T using a SCART cable - to the VCR port.

Press RECORD on the VCR and then watch the programme on the 3900T.

Daren Hicks: You can connect your single dish input to the "dish 1" connector on a Sky+ or Sky+HD box if you want to use it. If you plan to use it long term with a single input there is a menu option you can select.
