Richard Worthington: Here goes:
1) No, aside from the time it turned off during DSO1.
2) Yes, see "Comparison of analogue and digital signal levels" at the top of the page, all go from 200W to 400W, an increase of 3dB.
If you have Windows 7 Media Center, make sure you do a full "delete all channels" before you scan again, Media Center will get very confused otherwise.

sonya: If this is happening on a satellite receiver, then it is likley that the dish is pointing at the wrong satellite cluster and needs correctly aligning on the 28.2/28.5 satellites used for Sky.

Brian Greensides: Basically, you are in a bit of a pickle using Sandy Heath as I suspect you've got a Humax box that doesn't like the mixing of "8k" and "2k" modes, and this is going to be the case at Sandy Heath all the way to 23rd November 2011.
So, TODAY: 27, 24, 21+, 31, 40+, 67
From WEDNESDAY: 27, 24, 21+, 31, 67, 48
From 23rd Nov: 27, 24, 21+, 31, 52, 48
And then it will change again at least once to:
From 9 May 2012: 27, 24, 21+, 51, 52, 48

Alan Hewitt: It does say above "D3&4 at Fenton will move to ch33 (100W) in advance of switchover on 20th April 2011. The final frequency, C27, will be adopted at switchover."

Have you retuned? The only reason you may not have it (and all the other commercial multiplex channels) would be if you are using the Bromsgrove transmitter when you will get it (and the other 50 channels) from 28 Sep 11.

Adey: I'm not party to the actual contractual agreements between Sky and their "HD partners" but it would appear that past agreement have lasted anything from three to five years.
The Channel 4 press office refused to even acknowledge that such a deal existed until it ended.
