If you want to use a spare LNB output from your existing dish to a Freesat HD box, you just need a run of satellite-grade coax. It's not hard to do, but does assume you can make a suitable hole for the cable from outside to inside and can access the dish safely.

Carole: There is not transmitter called "Belmond".
If you use the Hemel Hempstead transmitter it has a pre-switchover change - Multiplex 1 moved from C48 to C56 (as C48 now used at Sandy Heath) AND Multiplex A moves from C60 to C68, (as C60 now used at Oxford).
