Dave Lindsay: The FM signal in a mono signal, which has a stereo pilot added at 19kHz and the difference-left and difference-right carried as two more sub-carriers.
If this 19kHz signal is corrupted by interference, the receiver will switch to the mono signal and the "stereo light" goes off.

ALAN PEACHEY: It looks like an IPTV service, given the channel number. You will need a Freeview HD box and an internet connection.
