Are there any planned engineering works or unexpected transmitter faults on the Stoke Holy Cross (Norfolk, England) mast?

No problems on any service. BBC

UK Free TV shows the coverage area for a radio transmitter as a coloured overlay (orange for FM, other colours for DAB) on the grey map. We have computed the coverage by combining the terrain with the official radiation pattern. A single click will select the transmitter to view the coverage for a single site, and a double click goes to a page showing full details. Click on the buttons in the right-hand corner of the map to choose from different frequencies (or multiplexes for DAB).

Just had to retune both DAB Radios as all local stations in Norwich and surrounding areas lost. But the read the mast was down. I just don't get why I had to retune both radios when BBC still worked but heart, kiss etc never. Has the signal changed since last night?

Toby O'Brien:
Hi Toby - the Norwich local DAB multiplex changed frequency overnight to improve coverage, which is why you needed to retune. Other DAB muxes (and FM/AM) are unaffected by the change.

J.W: The powers that be are well aware of the problem, and which going by reports is due to Virgin Media having faults on both feeds into the network.

Although the latest is that a temporary patch has been installed.

Good Evening
I reported that the top light on the mast at Stoke Holy Cross which has now been out for 6 months before last Christmas.
As this is the tallest of the two masts it needs replacing as it is a hazard to aircraft.
Please confirm that you are putting the replacement of the light into your schedule of attention to maintenance.

C.Bussey: This is an independent technical help website which is not connected with any broadcaster or transmitter company. Try contacting Arqiva who operate the transmitter network (see link below).

One source says the site is owned by BT. If the taller mast is the "slimmer" one of the two, that one could be the responsibility of the MoD.
As suggested by StevensOnln1, try asking Arqiva which organisation(s) are responsible for the masts and their maintenance.

As an aside information about lighting such obstacles may be found in
Lighting and marking of obstacles | Civil Aviation Authority

I haven't managed to find any information on the height of the tower, but my search wasn't exhaustive.
