Hi Chris,

Yes that's the correct link. The aerial is connected to this in the loft. It was set up by previous owner. Yes it's a great tv. If I could just get those stations back lol.

Thanks
A

Anthony Rogan:

Well it's the aerial itself we are interested in at this point. Can you find a picture that's similar to the aerial if you don't know what it is? Is the aerial is in the loft as well?

Frustrating problem watching channel 236 transmitted from Stockland Hill. We are a long way away just on Northern slopes Outside Torquay. Channel 17 pretty ropey too

Philip J Richards:

As per the Stockland Hill transmitter page, it's listed for Planned Engineering -
Stockland Hill transmitter: Possible effect on TV reception week commencing 11/09/2023 Pixelation or flickering on some or all channels [DUK]
Without a full postcode we can't offer any constructive information about your reception of the ArqB/COM6 and ArqA/COM5 multiplexes which each carry each of the two channels you mention.

See Channel listings for Industry Professionals | Freeview for which TV channels are carried on which multiplex

Philip J Richards: The channels you refer to are on two of the COM multiplexes, which aren't as good as the PSB ones (which carry BBC, ITV, C4, C5 and some others).

LCN (logical channel number) 17 is on COM5 / Arq A and LCN236 is on COM6 / Arq B.

This may be an obvious question: is it not possible for you to receive from Beacon Hill?
