I have BT Vision & since April when Sandy Heath changed to full digital transmitting I have subsequently lost approx 25% of channels incl
Film 4, Yesterday, Sky Sport 1 & 2. Will I get them back in November or do I have to upgrade the digital aerial I already have on the roof? Note: I already have a booster in loft

Adrian: I would first try removing the booster from your system. If that doesn't work, then you will probably have to wait for the ARQB power-up on 14th September 2011.

S Copeland: Do you get a signal with a different TV or box connected to the same aerial?

Has it been used since switchover? (I can't know when your switchover was because you haven't indicated a location or transmitter.) Some older models won't work after switchover and knowledge of its model number should allow us to check whether this is an affected device.

S Copeland: Have you as yet tried completely resetting the TV back to its factory settings, this also called "default setting" / "first time installation" or some similar sound name.

It would also be of assistance to know what postal code area you reside in? this being essential to enable access to details of the transmitter covering your area.
