Yesterday 21//3/18 I lost various Freeview channels. (eg channels 86-99). Have today completely reset TalkTalk Freeview box (factory reset) and still no joy. Very frustrated. Any ideas will be much appreciated.

i have just spoken to a guy at freeview who explained the government sold some frequencys to another
company. Freeview have retuned the channels but the signal strength is weaker and i am to far away to
receive it anymore.

pazza705 - Afetr re-tune have lost various freeview channels incl PBS, Freesport, BBC 4 HD etc. Keep r-tuning but the same, very frustrating. I live in Billericay Essex and on the Cristal Palace transmitter. When will normal service be restored?

alan parrack: The COM8 multiplex which carries the channels you mention changed frequency at Crystal Palace earlier this week to UHF channel 56, which is outside the frequency range of the Group A aerial that you probably have. If you don't have satellite or cable, you may be eligible for a free replacement wideband aerial which can be arranged by contacting the Freeview Advice Line (see link below).

Hello. Since the re-tuning of Freeview we have lost some channels and they seem to be the same as everybody elses. What we would like you to do is check out our Ariel. Our address is 22, Victoria House, Durham Avenue, Gidea Park, Romford Essex. ( WE ARE IN A TOWER BLOCK). We too have tried re-tuning a couple of times but with no luck so I hope you can help. Thankyou.

Carrie Nourse: No one from this independent website is going to come and check out your aerial. You need to contact whoever is responsible for maintenance and get them to send someone to check the building's communal aerial system and make any necessary adjustments.
