Brent Holloway: 30th November was the date that Talking Pictures moved from COM7 to the COM6 multiplex, hence my question as to whether you are experencing the same problem on 4music and Yesterday, which are both on COM6. Digital UK predict a good signal from Rowridge at your postcode. Have you done any of the checks that I suggested? Weather conditions are unlikely to be a problem at this time of year, other than any damage that the weather may cause to your aerial and external cabling.

Steven

As you have said I am having exactly the same severe picture break up on 4 music and Yesterday.
All of my cables seem ok

Brent Holloway: Is that 6 out of 10 or 6 out of 100? What about signal strength? What readings do you get on BBC One HD and BBC News HD?

Harry: Talking Pictures moved from COM7 to COM6 at the end of November, hence a retune being necessary if your TV doesn't update it's channel list automatically. Try a manual tune on UHF C55 which should add Talking Pictures and any other missing channels from COM6 at Winter Hill.

Hi, I can't get channel 81 on Freeview. Does the coverage from the broadcast signal (Emley Moor transmitter) apply? Thanks

BeeJay: Talking Pictures is broadcast on the COM6 multiplex along with 4music (channel 18) and Yesterday (channel 19) so if you can receive these two channels you should also get Talking Pictures when you retune. Otherwise please provide a full postcode so that we can see where you are in relation to the transmitter and your predicted signal strength etc.
