Map of all FM, MW and LW transmitters
You can click on a transmitter group symbol to see all the masts in that county or area, or click on a single transmitter to see the coverage area. Due to the large number of radio transmitters, many have been grouped into counties or administrative areas for ease of viewing.Showing transmitters in Isle Of Wight, England

Blaen Plwyf's coverage map doesn't appear to be working. Also Radio Carmarthenshire's page doesn't display, or Tone FM's.

PLEASE HELP!
PLEASE PUBLISH THE CONTENT OF THIS LETTER TO STOP FURTHER AGE DISCRIMINATION OF DOCTORS AGE ABOVE 60 BY THE GMC!
Need your help to solve this problem. I think the only possible solution to solve this problem can be if a wide range of the public will be informed.
The General Medical Council (GMC) is not able to recognise the age-discriminative aspect of the IELTS/OET language tests over 60years of age. The GMC completely disregards the scientific literature - the hundreds of publications where clearly published the normal 50% speed down if the complex mental functions age above 60. It happens almost to everyone. The IELTS/OET language tests require complex mental function: reading, listening, writing, translating, and understanding at the same time.
It is absolutely correct that the proof of proper English knowledge is necessary for doctors who start to work in the UK. But these language tests were never validated above age 60. It was declared by the previous director of the IELTS Team of Cambridge University. The GMC received this information but neglected it.
What is the effect? When the GMC orders the IELTS/OET tests for doctors age above 60, they are not able to pass the test within the given time limit, as they would need double time. It is so simple and obvious. They are not able to pass the test even if their English language knowledge is satisfactory. The GMC destroys their professional life and does not allow them to work anymore in the UK.
My story was that the MPTS proved after 12 years of my successful work in the UK - that my language skill was satisfactory and it did not cause any risk for patients. But the GMC ordered the IELTS/OET test, which I was not able to pass at age 65.
I requested and received supportive opinions about this problem from 7 professors of age-related mental changes, in the UK, but the GMC disregarded them.
It was not possible to start a Parliamentary Petition about the aged-discriminative usage of the IELTS/OET test by the GMC because the Parliament is not supervising the GMC. I have requested help from the Health Secretaries since 2018 but they also have no supervising role over the GMC.
Please disregard all of my personal related information, it is not important anymore.
The only reason that I ask for your help is to inform the public to prevent further age discrimination against doctors by the GMC and stop to destroy the professional life of doctors. Nowadays doctors can work effectively at age 70-75 in certain areas.
I enclosed two publications. National Geographic's graphs clearly show the evidence.
If you need further details about this topic please contact me.
MANY THANKS FOR YOUR HELP,
SINCERELY,

Surgical, Paediatric Surgical and Thoracic Surgical Specialist

Apart from the fact that this is the I-O-W page (and posts sometimes take a minute or two to appear (spam/virus checks etc), the BBC did report an outage due to essential engineering on the 22nd October -
From 10:11am to 1:10pm on 22nd Oct 2023 BBC Radio Off the air due to essential engineering
These reports don't seem to appear very often on the relevant transmitter page unfortunately, and looking elsewhere I can't find any current reports yet for today, but I suspect they still have a problem there and a report will eventually appear.

It seems that what is missing is the stations currently broadcasting on local DAB multiplexes around the UK which appears to include the local DAB multiplex broadcasting from Fort Widley near Portsmouth which currently carries over 20 stations so I understand that this is difficult but Ofcom would supply the names of all local broadcasters. I noticed however that the community FM stations appear to be all listed.
