i just got a tv set, already with sky but just changing my tv set to the new and now i can not get all the channel i had before can you suggest why i cannot see the channels it says no signals being recieved then it says unplug the cables from the main and after five minutes try again can you help please i am missing my favourite programmes.

Sorry I have my thick head on this morning its the settings for the "Digibox" not the HD box, all is well now.

Hello, I have a Commtel AV-S2 audio video sender and have attached to the Sky+ box in the lounge and to the tv int he bodrrom as per instructions. I can get sound through to the tv upstaires but not picture. Any help would be much appreciated.

Steve C: You should probably verify that the device works by connecting the receiver to your main TV.
You may simply have too weak a signal for the video receiving to work.

Hi Briantist, thatnks for the info, I have connected the receiver directly to the main TV and get the same thing. Have audio but no picture. TV just sayd "no signal". I assume from this that the device is not working.

Hi i am subscribed with sky to watch sky movies sky sports etc. if i bought a sky+ hd box can i carry on using my standard viewing card to watch these channels. i know i wouldnt be able to watch them in Hd as im not subscribed.

matt: Yes, but you will need to phone Sky and let them know you have changed boxes for the Sky Sports channels to work.
